• All sales are final. A cancelation within 24 hours of purchase, will result in a credit towards a future online speed dating event. If we do not have an adequate number of participants to run the event successfully, we will refund your money.

 

• We allow 1-2 years leeway on the age range listed on each event page. All attendees must be a minimum of 18 years old at the time of purchase.

• We highly recommend using a Chrome browser for all of our virtual events for compatibility reasons. We will not be held responsible for faulty browsers, or slow internet connection.

 

•  You must join the event 10-15 minutes prior to the event start time. Please log in early to test your microphone and camera while you wait. There are no credits for people who do not sign in before the start time and miss the event.

 

• In order to ensure that you receive receipts, confirmations and any other communication from DateStruck, we highly recommend that you add info@date-struck.com to your email safe list. We would hate for you to miss any important emails due to spam blockers.

 

• DateStruck events are proudly inclusive and safe spaces for everyone. Displaying rude, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour of any kind, may result in you being removed from the event and banned from all future events. If you witness this type if behaviour at any of our events, please contact the organizer immediately. 

 

• The holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to any event for which this ticket is issued and waives all claims against the event sponsor, the owner of the facility, the ticket producer or issuer. Admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules and the ticket holder consents to reasonable examinations and searches to ensure compliance. Failure to comply with the law or facility rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion. Unauthorized recording of any event is strictly prohibited.
