*All sales are final. If you cancel within 3 days of purchase, you will be given a credit to use towards a future online speed dating event. If we feel that we do not have an adequate number of participants to run the event successfully, you will be given a credit towards a future event. *We allow 2-3 years leeway on the age range listed above, however all participants must be a minimum of 18 years old at time of purchase. *You must join the event 10-15 minutes prior to the event start time. Please log in early to avoid disappointment; test your microphone and camera while you wait. There are no credits for people who do not sign in before the start time and miss the event. *In order to receive your receipts/confirmations, please be sure to add info@date-struck.com to your safe or allow list. If not, you may miss our emails due to high potency spam blockers by your service provider. *DateStruck events are inclusive and safe spaces. Displaying rude, or aggressive behaviour of any kind may result in you being removed from the event and banned from future events. *Holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to any event for which this ticket is issued and waives all claims against the event sponsor, the owner of the facility, the ticket producer or issuer. Admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules and the ticket holder consents to reasonable examinations and searches to ensure compliance. Failure to comply with the law or facility rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion. No unauthorized recording of event where prohibited. *And lastly, a reminder to have fun and be yourself! Feel free to bring your favourite beverage along with you, on your virtual dates.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 in advance. If not, a 50% session charge will apply.
